Senior Analyst, Real Assets
The Senior Analyst role is a career-track, team-oriented role supporting the real estate direct investment initiative within ICONIQ. The Senior Analyst will be a generalist focused on Asset Management but involved in all facets of real estate transactions and the investment process, including financing, acquisitions, and dispositions. In addition, the role includes exposure to operating committee management, fund management, investor marketing / capital raising and investor service. This role sits within ICONIQ Real Assets which invests in real estate and digital infrastructure where technology disruptions create scalable opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and complete asset management reports, including identifying key operating metrics, trends, and conclusions based on property management reports and external research
- Aid in evaluations of investment opportunities across the real estate capital structure by providing supporting information for operating assumptions on new acquisitions
- Excel financial modeling
- Development of presentations and memoranda on properties, operating company, and fund
- Market research including macroeconomic trends, company specific diligence, property tours and other relevant trend analysis to develop investment themes
- Assist in building relationships with operating partners and visits to properties
- Assist in loan reporting and lender relationships
- Assist in investor marketing and reporting
Ideal Candidate Background:
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in real estate with a preference of multifamily and on site asset management experience
- Excellent academic background in relevant degree with examples of strong cognitive ability and analytical skillset
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Proven ability to multi-task and deliver in less structured environment, understands and grasps new structures and concepts quickly without oversight
- Self-starter, intellectually curious, and highly motivated
- Trustworthy and mature
- Contributes to a positive culture and demonstrates ability to work well with others

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York City office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.
Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $100,000 - $130,000 together with the benefits listed above.
