ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially-minded professional to assist in the management of our end-to-end contract lifecycle. In this role, you will be a key player in scaling our legal operations. You will balance risk mitigation with a pragmatic approach to business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the implementation of a new contract lifecycle management system and oversee the contract lifecycle, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently from drafting through to final signature.
  • Participate in negotiations for various commercial agreements, including vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and partnership contracts.
  • Apply sound judgment to evaluate actual risks against business requirements, ensuring effective protection while facilitating business growth.
  • Ensure all agreements adhere to legal and regulatory requirements
  • Act as a point of contact for contractual inquiries, providing clear explanations of legal concepts to non-legal internal teams and external parties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to find innovative and viable solutions when contractual issues arise.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all contracts and related communications.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in contract management, legal operations, or as a commercial paralegal/attorney.
  • Strong drafting skills with the ability to handle high volumes of diverse agreements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts.
