Senior Coordinator, Player Health and Safety
The NFL Player Health and Safety team seeks a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Senior Coordinator to support the execution of medical logistics and operations during our international series games. This role is critical in ensuring that all medical-related elements are coordinated efficiently across host stadiums, training sites, and with local medical partners. This person will play a key role in delivering world-class care and safety standards for players, staff, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and on-site execution of all medical operations for NFL International Games.
- Coordinate with local healthcare providers, emergency services, and venue medical teams to ensure proper coverage and readiness.
- Ensure proper credentialing, access, and communication for medical staff and providers.
- Manage documentation, tracking, and reporting related to medical protocols and operations.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments, medical partners, and team medical staff.
- Troubleshoot in real-time to resolve operational or logistical issues on game week.
- Support high-priority player health and safety workstreams, including collaborating across the player health and safety department and with internal company partners in finance, marketing, sponsorship, legal, football operations, and management council to help execute health and safety programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with vendors and external sources for software, equipment, and services related to player health and safety.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3 years experience, specifically in event operations, sports, athletic training, emergency services, or related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams and partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in sports or with international events preferred.

Travel:
Ability to travel internationally and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Terms /Expected Hours of Work:
NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week. The role will require overtime (time worked more than 40 hours) and/or weekends.
Salary / Pay Range

Salary
$75,000 - $85,000 USD

This role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location, and remote and/or hybrid working options are not offered.
