Role:  Learning and Development Partner (12 Month Maternity Cover)

Location:  London, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid working-1 day a week from our London Office)

 

About the role: 

In this role, as a member of our global L&D team, you will collaborate with business leaders across the organization to design and deliver impactful training programs and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development.  You'll bring a progressive approach and maintain a strong network of external L&D providers to enhance our learning initiatives. 

What you will be doing: 

This role will be predominately focused on designing and delivering a wide variety of employee facing development programs and e-learnings. 

  • Collaborate with Regional HR Directors and business partners to assess learning needs and develop targeted learning solutions aligned with departmental goals and objectives.  
  • Design and develop engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led workshops and other learning interventions.  
  • Utilize a variety of learning methodologies to ensure content is effective, accessible, and meets the needs of diverse learners. 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and technical expertise of learning materials. 
  • Own and run regional programs 
  • Facilitate training programs and workshops, employing strong presentation and communication skills.  
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and measure the impact on individual and organizational performance.  
  • Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth operation and access to learning resources 
  • Manage relationships with external learning providers. 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Min 3 years+ experience as an L&D professional 
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, or a related field (preferred).  
  • Experience in designing and developing a range of successful learning experiences (face to face, e-learning, blended etc). 
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools an advantage (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).  
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.  
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Excellent project management skills.  
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). 
  • Coaching certification a plus.
