Role: Learning and Development Partner (12 Month Maternity Cover)
Location: London, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid working-1 day a week from our London Office)
About the role:
In this role, as a member of our global L&D team, you will collaborate with business leaders across the organization to design and deliver impactful training programs and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development. You'll bring a progressive approach and maintain a strong network of external L&D providers to enhance our learning initiatives.
What you will be doing:
This role will be predominately focused on designing and delivering a wide variety of employee facing development programs and e-learnings.
- Collaborate with Regional HR Directors and business partners to assess learning needs and develop targeted learning solutions aligned with departmental goals and objectives.
- Design and develop engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led workshops and other learning interventions.
- Utilize a variety of learning methodologies to ensure content is effective, accessible, and meets the needs of diverse learners.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and technical expertise of learning materials.
- Own and run regional programs
- Facilitate training programs and workshops, employing strong presentation and communication skills.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and measure the impact on individual and organizational performance.
- Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth operation and access to learning resources
- Manage relationships with external learning providers.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Min 3 years+ experience as an L&D professional
- Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in designing and developing a range of successful learning experiences (face to face, e-learning, blended etc).
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools an advantage (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Coaching certification a plus.
