Role:  Project Manager

Location:  London, England, United Kingdom.

 

About the role: 

Working in partnership with our client, the Project Manager leads projects from concept to completion, providing the direction and control required to do this.  Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, the Project Manager is the key communicator on the status, risks and challenges of all the project deliverables, inclusive of budget and resource.  

The client's workstreams include: 

  • Large quantities of print, often specific to their 39 parks, so you must be used to working at speed with high volumes 
  • Digital and social assets, both stand alone and part of large multi-channel campaigns 
  • OOH and wide format print 
  • Menu refreshes 
  • Long form brochures 
  • POS and signage 
  • Motion-graphics, video editing, shoots and content creation 

 Reporting to the Account Director, the PM will be part of a team (currently 19) that may up or downsize depending on seasonal demands. We have offshore designers and artworkers based in India, and the client services team, art director and lead designers and in the UK.  

What you will be doing: 

  • Work in true collaboration with the client, and be responsible for seamless successful project delivery 
  • Working as part of a team to look for growth opportunities 
  • Develop existing client relationships  
  • Working alongside internal and external teams and developers.  
  • Managing projects from beginning to end with clear communication on a regular basis on milestones, targets, goals and deadlines 
  • Planning social and digital projects from the initial stages through to final delivery 
  • Acting as the lead contact for clients during projects 
  • Continuously assessing working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement 
  • Reviewing project resources and providing an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the project 
  • Ensuring key Service Level Agreements are met by all parties involved 
  • Overseeing the project’s financial budget, notifying stakeholders of key cost implications, changes to budget, spending and cost changes.  
  • Supporting the AD with finance admin, including raising PO’s and creating estimates 
  • Working with the AD, and client services team to manage workflow and capacity and juggle work throughout the day as priorities change  
  • Working in a team of 19 
  • 1 direct report, our junior integrated PM/ producer 
  • You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Excellent client engagement skills, working across multiple client stakeholder teams, sometimes with competing priorities 
  • Exceptional project management skills and lead the team in best practice  
  • Overall responsibility for the successful initiation of the project plan and execution with stakeholders, monitoring progress, controlling deadlines and closure of the project 
  • The ability to host clear, efficient and productive project meetings for differing stages of the project from kick off through to delivery 
  • Great communication skills that are tailored for the recipients 
  • The ability to manage and mentor junior team members 
  • A clear understanding of all IIG group products and how to utilise this knowledge to the accounts advantage.  
  • Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software. 
  • Experience in leisure, and holidays is a bonus but not essential 
  • Experience working with pace and a very high volume of assets 
  • You can be the change - you prioritise environmental responsibility, social equity, and economic viability and how that translates into your day-to-day role
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in: 
    • Digital 
    • Print 
    • Motion Graphics 
    • Web Design 
    • Artwork 
    • Production 
    • Stakeholder management
