About the role: 

Join us as an experienced and innovative Mid-Level Producer, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on both large and small-scale productions across social media, traditional media, and post-production specialisms. You’ll be the driving force behind bringing creative visions to life from start to finish, ensuring exceptional quality every step of the way. 

With your expertise in AI, you will be able to transform production processes, enhancing efficiency and creativity. You’ll manage UGC content creation across multiple brands, engaging with creators and utilizing both internal platforms and personal outreach to create compelling stories. 

You’ll oversee a variety of content capture shoots, from dynamic event videography to agile production methods, with experience in UGC as a valuable asset. 

Your role will allow you to lead both large and small-scale shoots confidently, keeping in line with industry protocols and standards. You will also supervise post-only productions such as digital twin creation and voice-over recordings, integrating cutting-edge AI advancements. 

What you will be doing: 

  • Lead productions with budgets beyond 50K, utilizing your ability to multitask effectively across numerous projects. 
  • Interface with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth production flow. 
  • Draft, coordinate, and communicate detailed project timelines, deadlines, and budgets with all stakeholders. 
  • Execute line producing tasks to achieve each project's creative vision, on budget and on time. 
  • Collaborate with PM teams to manage client expectations and action points efficiently. 
  • Accurately handle production administration, including schedules, call sheets, contracts, and insurance declarations. 
  • Manage travel logistics for international and local productions, ensuring seamless operations for all talent and partners involved. 
  • Ensure compliance with H&S, legal, AdGreen, and COVID-related responsibilities. 
  • Develop presentation decks, production books, and guidelines to enhance department visibility. 
  • Foster a positive, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset within the team. 
  • Maintain organized production documentation and archives. 
  • Support team management tasks, such as managing communications and production systems. 
  • Inspire company values and behaviours within the team. 
  • Process Management: 
    • Implement and improve creative and production processes. 
    • Manage administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operation of office functions. 
  • Reporting: 
    • Provide accurate and timely project and timesheet reports to the finance team
  • You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • A relevant degree, diploma, or equivalent industry experience. 
  • A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of production work. 
  • Strong knowledge and application of AI in the production landscape. 
  • You can be the change - you prioritise environmental responsibility, social equity, and economic viability and how that translates into your day-to-day role
