About the role:

We are looking for a highly creative and trend-savvy Content Creator to join our team, responsible for developing engaging, on-brand social media content across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat. This role requires a strong understanding of digital storytelling, AI-supported content creation, and trend adaptation. The ideal candidate should have a strong personality, proactive mindset, and the ability to stay ahead of trends while working collaboratively with brand managers and creative teams. 

What you will be doing:

Content Strategy & Creation 

  • Develop fresh, engaging, and culturally relevant content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Snapchat.
  • Stay on top of trending content formats, hashtags, and viral challenges, adapting them for brand relevance.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance content efficiency and scalability.
  • Repurpose existing brand assets into new formats to maximize content reach.
  • Collaborate with videographers, designers, and brand managers to ensure storytelling consistency.

Project Management & Execution 

  • Manage 3 brands efficiently with the help of AI automation for content creation and repurposing.
  • Align with brand guidelines and campaign strategies.
  • Plan and organize content calendars, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
  • Collaborate on event coverage and campaign-related activations when needed.
  • Assist in setting up and optimizing a mini studio at the office for efficient in-house content production, including styling, lighting, and basic equipment setup.
  • Source and scout locations for shoots, ensuring alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and content objectives.
  • Identify and coordinate talent (e.g., models, influencers, brand ambassadors) for content collaborations, ensuring a seamless fit with brand messaging.
  • Work closely with videographers and brand managers to plan and execute high-quality shoots, ensuring all logistics are in place.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken). 
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat content trends.
  • Basic video shooting skills using a phone or DSLR are a plus.
  • Experience with AI-supported content creation.
  • Strong creative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
