Role: Social Media and Shopper Marketing Specialist
Location: New Cairo, Egypt
About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media and Shopper Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with strong communication skills, who can manage both social media presence and shopper marketing activities seamlessly. Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential. The position requires the candidate to be in the office in New Cairo, Egypt three days a week.
What you will be doing:
Social Media Scope:
- Act as the voice of the brand, ensuring consistent tone and messaging aligned with brand strategy.
- Monitor, moderate, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Stay current with cultural moments, trends, and competitor activity to keep the brand relevant and connected.
- Identify and engage with user-generated content (UGC) and influencers to enhance community engagement.
- Track and analyze community sentiment and content performance.
Shopper Marketing:
- Serve as the point of contact for shopper marketing briefs and requests, covering both Ecommerce and in-store POSM.
- Coordinate with designers and present work to clients effectively.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the shopper marketing journey.
What you need to be great in this role:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management and shopper marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to analyze data and craft insights to drive brand strategies.
- Creative problem solver with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media tools and marketing software.
