Work Period: mid-September to mid-December
Hours per Week: 15 to 16 hours per week over 2 days (8 hours each in-person) or 3 days (5 hours each with 1 day remote optional)
Location: Onsite at least 2 days per week in Needham, MA. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.
SharkNinja is seeking a driven, creative, and detail-oriented Early Talent Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for a 13-week, part-time fall internship. This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in marketing, employer branding, and program development who are looking to gain meaningful experience in early career recruitment alongside their studies. You’ll contribute to key initiatives for the 2025–2026 early talent recruitment cycle and help deliver engaging programming for interns and co-ops.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:
- Create and schedule engaging content for Early Talent-focused digital and social media campaigns, in partnership with Employer Branding and Marketing
- Support the Early Talent Program Manager in organizing and implementing structured programming, including professional development events and networking opportunities for interns and co-ops
- Assist the Early Talent team in the logistics and coordination of fall campus recruiting events, university partnerships, and pipeline-building initiatives
- Conduct research on best practices and trends in early talent recruitment, diversity outreach, and candidate engagement; summarize findings and offer recommendations to inform strategy
- Build and maintain slide decks and visual presentations that capture outcomes, metrics, and key stories from SharkNinja’s Early Talent programs for both internal and external use
- Track candidate experience feedback and event outcomes to help measure success and guide continuous improvement
- Contribute to operational tasks such as maintaining tracking spreadsheets, organizing program calendars, and updating recruitment materials
- Share ideas and feedback that support the evolution of SharkNinja’s Early Talent recruiting and programming strategy
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
- Education: Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Must be able to come into our Needham HQ in-person at least 2 days per week from mid-September to mid-December
- Availability to work a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday) from June through August, with 2 to 3 days onsite in Needham and the remaining days remote
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, with strong attention to detail and design
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and social media platforms
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A genuine interest in enhancing the experience for early career talent and helping others grow professionally
