募集背景・ミッション


PlayStation™Networkは、月間アクティブユーザー1億アカウント以上を抱える世界有数の巨大ネットワークサービスです。私たちは現在、ゲーム体験の中核を担う「ボイスチャット機能」を、PlayStationコンソールだけでなく、PCやモバイルを含むマルチプラットフォームへ展開・進化させるプロジェクトを推進しています。
本ポジションは、ユーザーが目にするUI（画面）の開発ではなく、その裏側で動作する「常駐プロセス（ミドルウェア）」の設計・開発を担う重要な役割です。低レイヤーの技術力を武器に、グローバル規模のリアルタイム通信基盤を支え、将来的にはチームを牽引していただけるマネージャー候補/リードエンジニアを募集します。

具体的な業務内容

PlayStation、PC、モバイル等のマルチプラットフォーム環境において、ボイスチャットおよびリアルタイム通信機能を実現するためのクライアントサイド（ミドルウェア/ライブラリ）開発を担当します。いわゆる一般的なアプリ開発（UI/UX実装）とは異なり、OSに近いレイヤーで動作する「組み込み」「常駐アプリケーション」の開発に近い性質を持ちます。

【業務内容】

  • 限られたHWリソースで低遅延・高信頼・高性能を実現する設計・実装
  • 複数のバックエンドサービス間で動作する連携インタフェースの設計・開発
  • さまざまな領域の開発チームと協力し、共通基盤の改善や新機能を推進
  • 基盤システムの改善、運用の技術的なサポート
  • 負荷対策、安定性向上、コスト最適化のための分析・提案

技術スタック

  • 言語: C / C++（メインで使用）、その他プラットフォーム固有言語
  • 開発手法: Agile (Scrum), CI/CD
  • 環境: Multi-platform (Console, Windows, Mobile OS)

応募資格

必須要件 (Must)

  • C/C++ を用いたソフトウェア開発経験（目安：5年以上）
  • マルチプロセス, マルチスレッドプログラミング
  • TCP/IPなどネットワーク技術に関する基本的な知識
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語力
  • 読み書きレベルの英語力（ドキュメント読解、チャットでの意思疎通）

 

歓迎要件 (Want)

  • ゲームサービス知識
  • 開発リードまたはPO経験
  • アジャイルな開発プロセスでのプロダクト開発経験
  • 英語での口頭コミュニケーション能力（会議での議論、ファシリテーションなど）
  • 海外拠点のエンジニアと連携して開発を進めた経験

  • ゲームプラットフォームやソーシャルコミュニケーション機能のネットワークサービスに興味がある方
  • 新しいことに興味を持ち、自ら学びチャレンジできる方
  • 自身の担当領域に責任を持ち、未確定な要素があっても柔軟に自ら検証・提案を行ってプロジェクトを前進させられる方。
  • USチームと連携し、ワンチームで成果を出すことに意欲的な方。
