Director, Talent Acquisition Operations & Program Management 
US Remote, California preferred (willing to travel quarterly*) 

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Talent Acquisition Operations & Program Management to lead and evolve our global recruiting infrastructure, systems, and programs. This senior leader will drive operational excellence across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions, supporting the Early Careers team, TA Operations & Programs team, and Recruiting Coordinators. 

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience operating in a global environment, with the ability to drive consistency while adapting to regional nuances. They are an innovative, consultative, and data-driven operational leader, deeply skilled in Agile project management, recruiting systems, and scaling best-in-class programs across a matrixed organization. 

Key Responsibilities 

Global Operational Strategy & Leadership 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive TA operations strategy that supports delivery across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring regional alignment with global standards.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the TA Operations & Program Management team and Recruiting Coordinators with a focus on cross-regional effectiveness, service consistency, and scalable practices.
  • Serve as a global subject matter expert, advising TA and business leaders on how to operationalize and localize processes, tools, and programs effectively across geographies. 

Program Management & Innovation 

  • Drive innovation in global TA program methodology, introducing scalable and differentiated approaches to improve candidate experience, recruiting capacity, and operational excellence.
  • Own and lead complex, global programs that support strategic priorities such as Early Careers, hiring manager enablement, and recruiter effectiveness.
  • Act as a project owner in an Agile environment, managing timelines, sprints, retrospectives, and stakeholder coordination across time zones and cultures. 

Risk & Change Management 

  • Proactively identify global and regional operational risks; implement mitigation strategies to protect program integrity and compliance.
  • Design and execute change management initiatives to support global adoption of new tools, workflows, and operating models. 

Systems, Tools & Data Integrity 

  • Own and optimize recruiting technologies across all regions, including Workday and Greenhouse, ensuring global configuration consistency and localized support.
  • Lead efforts to ensure data accuracy, adoption, and compliance across systems and workflows.
  • Translate complex data and trends into insights and actionable strategies for global improvement. 

Stakeholder Enablement & Global Collaboration 

  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, DEI, IT, and Finance partners across regions to ensure alignment of recruiting processes and systems with business needs.
  • Create and scale global enablement initiatives, such as toolkits, dashboards, and training for recruiters and hiring managers. 

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in TA operations and program management.
  • Global experience supporting recruiting teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership in a complex, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Greenhouse and Workday; experience implementing or optimizing recruiting technologies at scale.
  • Strong Agile project management skills, with the ability to lead large-scale initiatives across regions using iterative planning and delivery.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent executional rigor and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment, change management, and process innovation globally.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. 

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

This is a flexible role that can be remote, with varying pay ranges based on geographic location. For example, if you are based out of Seattle, the estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$192,300 - $288,500 USD
