Role Overview: 

The PlayStation Network Advertising team is a dynamic, global advertising sales organisation focused on driving innovation and delivering value within the gaming and entertainment ecosystem.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our regional Client Partnerships team. Based in London, this role will oversee a group of Client Partners across EMEA and play a pivotal role in expanding PlayStation’s advertising business across endemic and non-endemic partners.

As a regional leader, you will serve as the primary representative for Client Partnerships within EMEA, driving alignment across cross-functional teams and ensuring the region’s perspective and opportunities are championed within the broader global organisation. 

As we launch new advertising products and solutions next year, you will work closely with your team and media agencies to bring these innovations to market, driving adoption and commercial success. 

What you'll be doing:

Regional Leadership & People Management 

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Client Partners
  • Drive a of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the team
  • Serve as the regional voice of Client Partnerships, representing EMEA in global forums and leadership discussions
  • Build strong internal relationships with cross-functional leaders across the business to find new opportunities for your team and partners 
  • Identify knowledge gaps and develop plans to improve the team's skills 

Client & Partner Management 

  • Oversee relationships across endemic and non-endemic partners, including agencies and advertisers
  • Develop strategies that deepen partner engagement and drive long-term growth
  • Identify growth opportunities, new solutions, sales initiatives, and innovative ways to deliver value to our partners 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Work closely with peers across other regions, solutions, operations, revops, and cross functional teams to develop scalable solutions that can be utilized regionally and globally
  • Align regional execution with global strategy while adapting to local market needs
  • Take on a stronger regional leadership role withing the broader organization to support your team’s visibility and growth 

Sales & Strategy Execution 

  • Lead regional revenue planning, forecasting, and performance tracking, implementing improved processes to enhance data quality and efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
  • Support and execute PlayStation’s monetization strategies making recommendations for EMEA and other regions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data and KPIs
  • Drive revenue growth through data-driven recommendations and best-in-class client service 

What we're looking for:

  • 12+ years of experience in Digital Media, Marketing, or Advertising, ideally within the gaming, entertainment, or technology sectors
  • 8+ years team leadership experience.  With success in both strategic leadership and developing high performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex client relationships and negotiations
  • Understanding of media agencies, online advertising, and digital ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to launch new products to market and drive adoption through strategic partnerships
  • Communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for PlayStation, gaming, and innovation in digital advertising
  • Ability to travel as required
