We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Store Manager to lead our prestigious, high-visibility retail store located in the heart of Miami Dade International Airport. This 400 sq. ft. boutique is a vibrant destination designed to immerse travelers in the ultimate Inter Miami fan experience.As the Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating unforgettable guest experiences that go above and beyond expectations. You’ll lead and inspire a motivated team, fostering a culture of excellence, attention to detail, and a shared passion for Inter Miami’s vibrant spirit.

What you'll do:

  • Inspire and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and unforgettable fan experiences.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for every guest.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of Inter Miami’s culture to authentically represent the brand.
  • Drive sales and exceed performance targets while maintaining an efficient and visually compelling store environment.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-energy atmosphere that aligns with the Inter Miami fan community.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Proven experience in hiring and staffing. Is able to keep the store appropriately staffed and react to business trends and needs
  • Experience in developing a highly engaged, dedicated, and feedback-oriented team
  • Quickly takes the initiative, makes effective decisions, and is adaptable
  • Ability to assist upper management at the Inter Miami Stadium when needed including on site support and scheduling assistance

Visuals and Operations:

  • Excellence in store merchandising and visual standards
  • Responsible for scheduling and payroll monitoring
  • Protection of inventory and loss prevention
  • Execution of promotional set-ups and any direction given to the store team
  • Ensure the store team abides by policy and procedure and company direction
  • Monitor shipment processing and stock levels daily
  • Point of sale operations and administrative paperwork upkeep and organization

Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Quick responses to all emails and messaging apps
  • Close partnership with Retail Operations Manager
  • Ability to perform high-level store walkthroughs and communicate all actions and business in the store
  • Build a team environment that encourages fluid communication. The store team knows you are open to comments and feedback.
  • Be able to communicate feedback from the guest experience to upper management

Who you are:

  • A results-driven leader with a passion for sports culture and fan engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong retail management experience, preferably in high-traffic or boutique environments.
  • A commitment to excellence and attention to detail in every aspect of the role.
  • 2+ years of Store Leadership experience
  • Coaching and conflict management experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends & holidays
  • Ability to provide an inclusive, comfortable team environment
  • Strong understanding of successfully operating a retail store
  • Goal Oriented
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation to place of business
  • Required to pass all background checks and airport security screening tests for badge
  • Authorized to work in the United States
