TITLE: SIGINT / Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) - Mid
LOCATION: Honolulu, HI
OVERVIEW
Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally-qualified candidate to serve as a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) at the Mid-level supporting the US Army Pacific - (USARPAC), located in Honolulu, HI.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct in-depth persona-based analysis to discover, develop, analyze, and report on Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) in support of contingency operations, operational-level planning, and joint or partner organizations throughout INDOPACOM.
- Manage collection, target knowledge, and analytic databases for future and on-going political-military developments, military capabilities, doctrine, and regional security and economic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure operational mission compliance.
- Participate in customer requirements: advise mission development, aid all-source analysis, and attend analytical and operational meetings.
- Identify and address collection and intelligence gaps by leveraging multi-discipline intelligence and available resources.
- Prioritize, evaluate, and report information.
- Require minimal oversight through production cycle by authoring and contributing to serialized IC reporting in line with style and usage policies.
- Ability to support shift work as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Active TS/SCI security clearance. Must be willing to sit for a CI polygraph, if required.
- 3+ years of experience with SIGINT analysis.
- 3+ years of experience in target development and discovery.
- Experience with processes and tools related to SIGINT discovery analysis.
- Experience with social network, persona, and metadata analysis.
- Experience with INDOPACOM intelligence problem sets.
- Experience in Cyber, Air, Naval, or Space domains.
- Experience with multiple intelligence disciplines.
- Knowledge of the data and tools multiple intelligence disciplines utilize.
- Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and provide input into the development of new applications that improve products or methods.
- Ability to collaborate and innovate to solve problems.
- Completion of a credentialing Service School, including Army MOS 35N or AFSC 1N4.
- Completion of an Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraft-recognized SIGINT analyst certification course.
- Knowledge of network configurations.
- Ability to provide shift work support.
