What we’re looking for
We are looking for a GTM Finance & Strategy Analyst to join our go-to-market finance team. In this highly visible role, you will partner with senior leaders across SurveyMonkey's GTM organizations and support operational and financial planning as a strategic finance partner. The job features a steep learning curve, a platform to influence decisions, exposure to SurveyMonkey's senior leadership, and the ability to drive strategic projects. You will contribute to SurveyMonkey's growth and help solve some of our most difficult problems, with a direct connection between your activities and our success.
What you’ll be working on
- Support the business by providing strategic finance partnership to multiple senior leaders throughout the GTM and finance organization.
- Analyze, improve, and forecast some of SurveyMonkey's most important Sales & Marketing business metrics including pipeline, leads, cost of acquisition and paid marketing spend.
- Support financial planning (current quarter, current year, multi-year) for different teams across the global Marketing organization.
- Prepare concise reporting of important metrics to business partners, ensuring main dynamics, issues, and required actions are understood.
- Partner with our Corporate finance team to provide content to our senior leadership team and Board of Directors.
- Assist with strategic projects and promote positive operational change.
We’d love to hear from people with
- 0 - 2 years of demonstrated experience in a business related role
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining financial or operational models; you have excellent quantitative analysis and forecasting intuition (excellent Excel skills required, SQL skills preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to voice an informed point of view.
- A knack for working in a team environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and telling a compelling story using data, relevant insights, and conclusions.
- A passion for making existing processes better by leveraging automation and analytics tools to challenge the status quo.
- A command of detail and the ability to identify key insights

As such, this opportunity is hybrid and requires you to work from the SurveyMonkey office in Heredia 3 days per week.
