What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Salesforce Engineer to join our global Business Systems team. This role will collaborate closely with our GTM Applications team while optimizing the current Salesforce platform, simplifying user experiences and creating effective data flows across systems (Salesforce, Zuora, and more). As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the scalability, development and integration of our Salesforce instance & other applications in our business technology stack. What you’ll be working on
- Collaborate with Operations Leaders and your scrum team to translate their desired business outcomes into scalable processes & solutions
- Solve moderate complexity business problems by analyzing current business challenges and recommending a scalable technical solution that maximizes the use of Salesforce platform
- Deploy, administer, troubleshoot, test, monitor, support, and operate a scalable code with the Salesforce Platform (including 3rd party integrations)
- Optimize the end-user experience across our key processes
- Maintain advanced knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem architecture & data flows
- Ensure adherence to high quality software development practices
We’d love to hear from people with
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (configuration & code)
- Strong understanding of the GTM and day-to-day challenges facing typical Sales & Service organizations
- Solid experience with Salesforce in both an admin & development capacity
- Salesforce Admin and Developer I certification (preferred) along with Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
- Expert in creating flows and writing Apex with a proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, XML, CSS, JSON and REST-based web services
- Strong expertise in writing flows, test classes & building triggers, batch classes, future methods etc.
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment techniques
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Ability to communicate written and orally in English at the B2+ level

As such, this opportunity is hybrid and requires you to work from the SurveyMonkey office in Heredia 3 days per week.
