We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead Tenstorrent’s transition from Rippling to ADP Global Payroll and drive other key finance systems initiatives. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Chief of Staff, Finance, with close collaboration across Payroll, HR, Accounting, Legal, and IT. It’s a chance to shape scalable, compliant processes that support rapid growth while introducing automation and AI into the finance organization.
This role is hybrid OR remote, based out of Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX, Toronto, ON.

Who You Are
- 10+ years of payroll operations experience, including 5+ years leading payroll system implementations.
- Skilled with ADP GlobalView or Workforce Now, with deep hands-on expertise.
- Strong project manager with a track record of multi-entity, international payroll rollouts.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating fast-paced, complex environments.

- Lead the ADP Global Payroll implementation end-to-end, from planning to go-live.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, testing, and training are successful.
- Build scalable payroll processes that align with SOX, audit, and IPO-readiness standards.
- Contribute to finance systems projects that improve reporting, close efficiency, and automation.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
