About the role:
The Nuclear Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team onsite in our new office in Columbia, SC. The ideal candidate will support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Responsibilities:
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and logistics.
- Candidate Experience: act as an ambassador of our values and help coordinate and facilitate a great candidate experience with candidates in our South Carolina office
- Recruiting Administrative Support: assist in generating offer letters and other offer-related duties, creating and posting jobs to our career site,
- Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process, including preparation of new hire documentation and coordination of orientation sessions.
- Recruitment Events: Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities.
Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous recruiting coordinator experience
- Greenhouse experience

Estimated Starting Salary Range:
This is a 1099 contract position with an hourly rate of $25/hr. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
