Multimedia Specialist
OPS Consulting is seeking a Multimedia Specialist to work in Laurel, MD.
Job Description: The Multimedia Specialist shall be responsible for supporting the creation of media- rich strategic communications and branding deliverables. The Multimedia Specialist will be responsible for concepts, drafting, iterating, designing, and producing a wide range of multimedia products such as; static and dynamic graphics that may include motion, animation, 3D elements, information graphics, placemat graphics, single page diagrams, data visualization, conceptual mockup and prototypes, presentations briefings with robust animation and embedded multimedia products, video and audio post production, website design and execution, drafting story boards, and branding design, renderings and graphics.
Responsibilities:
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro, and MS Office Suite but not limited to PowerPoint.
- Ability to create high quality graphics and graphic design products
- Capture and refine requirements on complex technical subjects and quickly produce visual solutions to help better communicate these concepts to various technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with branding and bran identity.
- Experience creating infographics, placemat graphics, data visualization, presentation briefings with robust animations and embedded multimedia assets
Required Skills:
Level 3:
- Fifteen (15) years of experience as a Multimedia Specialist.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related multimedia/ graphics industry discipline.
Security Clearance:
- A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
