- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate campaign and content priorities into effective curation that supports both brand expression and performance goals both in-app and via marketing channels
- Develop scalable approaches to content placement, audience targeting, and programming experimentation
- Own the editorial and merchandising calendar, ensuring all efforts reflect broader platform and product strategies and deliver a cohesive user journey
- Leverage insights from experimentation, user behavior, and performance data to continuously refine merchandising decisions, editorial strategy, and user segmentation models
- Work hand-in-hand with Machine Learning partners to define success metrics, develop editorial inputs for recommendation systems, and evaluate outcomes from automated and hybrid approaches
- Contribute to long-term editorial planning in response to feature rollouts, product innovation, and shifting user behaviors
- Champion collaboration across functions to build tooling, automation, and infrastructure that increase merchandising efficiency, flexibility, and impact
- Present strategic updates and performance insights to executive stakeholders
- Align merchandising efforts with broader growth marketing and lifecycle goals, contributing to user engagement, and feature adoption
Your Background:

- 5–7 years of experience managing cross-functional, creative teams in a highly collaborative, data-informed environment
- Proven success setting editorial and merchandising strategy in partnership with Product, Data Science, and Personalization teams
- Deep understanding of content discovery, recommendation systems, and the interplay between human editorial and machine learning
- Strong editorial instincts with a track record of delivering high-impact, audience-centric content experiences across platforms and devices
- In-depth knowledge of the streaming ecosystem, including SVOD, AVOD, and OTT landscapes, with hands-on experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) and merchandising tools
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization skills and the ability to delegate effectively to leads and managers
- Strong communicator with the ability to present complex strategies and insights clearly across creative, technical, and executive audiences
