About the Role

We’re looking for a Temporary Creator Partnerships Coordinator to join the Creator Programs & Partnerships team for a 3-month assignment. Based in New York (hybrid), this role reports to the GM, Creator Programs & EVP, Business Development, and will focus on research and operational support across the creator landscape.

You’ll help identify emerging and established talent, track trends across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, and contribute to strategy presentations. The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and deeply curious about how creators shape media, partnerships, and audience engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct research to identify creators who align with strategic categories, audience segments, and partnership goals
  • Monitor platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram to surface relevant talent and content trends
  • Compile data on creators (audience size, engagement, category fit, etc.) and maintain tracking docs for active prospecting
  • Support presentation development and internal strategy decks
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on future creator partnerships and programs
  • Participate in cross-functional syncs with marketing, content, comms, product, and other teams as needed

Your Background

  • 2+ years of experience in creator partnerships, talent research, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong experience using major social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) and a good pulse on the creator space
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Passion for creators, content, and how audiences engage across platforms
  • Previous experience using Tubular Labs or similar platforms is a plus but not required
  • Based in New York with the ability to work in a hybrid environment

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed below. 

New York City and Westchester County, NY Compensation
Base ($22.12 to 31.25 / hour)
