Manager, Executive Content Office

About the Role:
As Manager, Executive Content Office, you will play a key operational role on the Content team. Your primary responsibility is to organize the office of the Chief Content Officer as well as manage internal communications.
This is a hybrid role based in our Los Angeles office.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee the administration of the office of the CCO, inclusive of calendar and email management, scheduling, travel itineraries, reservations and expenses, with the goal of optimizing the efficiency of the office and maximizing the CCO’s time
- Manage CCO email inboxes to delegate and/or organize responses for the CCO
- Maintain a phone sheet and roll calls as needed
- Delegate and/or collaborate on administrative tasks with other Content team members as is appropriate
- Develop a keen understanding of the importance of each relationship and interaction, in order to prioritize and delegate meeting requests, emails and phone messages as needed
- Join key meetings as assigned or required in order to own meeting summaries, assign or document appropriate DRIs and timelines for all next steps, and follow-up as needed with DRIs on their progress
- Manage routine executive communications internally and externally, and ensure that follow-ups happen in a timely manner
- Draft emails and internal communications including video narratives as required to optimize communications
- Work closely with Tubi Communications team on requests and next steps for internal and external communication requests or interviews for the CCO
- Own Content team employee recognition, inclusive of recognizing birthdays, key milestones, holiday gifting, and significant accomplishments
- Collaborate with EAs and Executive Office teams internally and externally on meetings, event coordination and special project
- Work closely with Casting and PR teams to coordinate on events with talent (e.g., premieres, Upfront presentations, conventions, award events), in some cases overseeing the event and in others supporting other teams who oversee the event
- Develop and maintain relationships with key talent and their representatives, in order to facilitate a good working relationship and help talent feel supported during events
- Organize meetings including attendee lists, venues, drive-ons and materials
- Own the monthly Content All Hands meeting, inclusive of invite list, inviting and coordinating with guest speakers, the agenda, and ensuring that slides are delivered and approved in a timely manner
- Own the production of Content QBR videos
- Oversee meeting schedules for key events and conferences
- Oversee offsite participation from the Content team and/or the CCO as needed
- Ensure that agendas for all meetings are delivered in a timely manner
- Find opportunities to take workstreams off the executive’s plate and remove bottlenecks
- Enhance productivity across the team through intelligent management and design
- Collaborate with office management to enhance the working environment in the LA office
- Work with Finance and Accounting teams as needed on budget approvals
- Travel as needed to help coordinate events, offsites, conventions and premieres
Your Background:
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience supporting C-level executives at a streamer, studio or major Hollywood agency
- Minimum 5 years of entertainment experience
- Outstanding organizational and execution skills
- An expert at handling a wide range of personality types and building a rapport
- Event planning skills are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled at thriving in a fast paced environment and a passion for streaming media
- Ability to work under short timelines and highly skilled at multitasking
- Comfortable interacting with senior management, producers and talent
- Willingness to travel as needed to events that could be anywhere globally
- BA or BS degree required
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
California Compensation
Base ($81,000 to $115,000/year) + Bonus + Long-Term Incentive Plan + Benefits
