Job Description

Are you a passionate HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Join our Engagement Success Team at Turing, where we focus on ensuring that our talents thrive and succeed on our projects. As an Engagement Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the entire lifecycle of Turing talents, from onboarding to offboarding, while fostering a positive and engaging experience that drives retention and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire onboarding to offboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for talents throughout their engagement with Turing.
  • Talent Support: Serve as a key PoC for talents, offering guidance, support, and solutions that enhance their engagement and productivity.
  • Performance Collaboration: Partner with leads and managers to provide resources, advice, and support on performance management, tracking, and improvement.
  • Process Implementation: Collaborate closely with Turing’s People Team and other key stakeholders to implement and adapt standardized people operations and processes.
  • Data Utilization: Use data to monitor and assess talent performance, proactively addressing potential issues and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Adaptability: Excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing start-up environment, where agility and adaptability are essential.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR, talent management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of talent management best practices
  • Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration to achieve shared goals.
  • Analytical Skills: A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and leverage insights to inform decisions.
  • Start-Up Experience: Prior experience in a start-up or similarly fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
  • Proactivity and Independence: Demonstrated ability to work proactively, independently, and excel in scenarios that require autonomy and minimal supervision.
  • Remote Work Experience: Proven experience and ability working in a fully remove work setting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with a diverse range of clients and team members.
  • Availability: Ability to overlap with team members from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM PST, with flexibility for extended or later hours as needed.
