The Role 

We are seeking a forward thinking and innovative Manager of Workforce Transformation to lead strategic initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, communications and change management. This role will play a key part in shaping the future of work at our company by ensuring employees are engaged, informed, and prepared for evolution in a rapidly evolving SaaS environment. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Develop, execute, and support a workforce transformation strategy that fosters agility, engagement, and alignment with business objectives.  
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to develop strategic workforce planning initiatives, ensuring the right talent, skills, and structures are in place for future growth. 
  • Drive employee engagement strategies by designing and implementing initiatives that enhance culture, belonging, and overall employee experience.  
  • Oversee change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational shifts.  
  • Collaborate with the Director of Talent Management on leadership development and capability-building initiatives to prepare employees for the future of work.  
  • Implement data-driven approaches to assess workforce trends, employee sentiment, and engagement, using insights to drive meaningful actions.  
  • Act as a key advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations on workforce transformation trends and best practices.  
  • Champion a growth mindset and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.  
  • Ensure strong alignment between people strategies and business priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).  
  • 5+ years of experience in workforce strategy, change management, employee engagement, or a related HR leadership role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.  
  • Proven experience leading change management initiatives using frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process, or similar methodologies.  
  • Strong strategic workforce planning skills, with the ability to partner with HRBPs and business leaders to forecast talent needs.  
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience overseeing direct reports.  
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of influencing across all levels of an organization.  
  • Proficiency in leveraging HR analytics, engagement surveys, and workforce data to drive informed decision-making.  
  • Experience implementing and managing employee engagement programs that enhance culture and business outcomes.  
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Passion for innovation, future-thinking, and fostering an adaptable workforce. 

Impress Us With 

  • Relevant change and communications experience within a fast-growing, high-paced tech environment 
  • Familiarity with HR systems (BambooHR, Greenhouse ATS, AwardCo, LinkedIn Learning, and ADP) 
  • A growth mindset with strong intrinsic motivation to learn  
  • Bilingualism would be an asset
