ABI Growth includes the following business lines: BEES (our business-to-business e-commerce and SaaS business, also focused on new technologies), TaDa and Ze Delivery (our direct-to-consumer e-commerce businesses), and several other high-tech divisions, including fintech and venture capital.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Commercial and Process Management Specialist to be responsible for the implementation and operation of the BEES Transformation Strategy for the field sales teams of our DTaaS partners, as well as their Grow and Customer Service teams. In addition, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation of BEES Force, BEES Grow, and BEES Care.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and advising the partner on the successful execution and improvement of BEES sales strategies, including processes, routines, product placement, and overall performance of their field sales team.

 

What you'll do:

  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve sales goals and company objectives.
  • Process Adaptation and Optimization: Continuously review and improve sales team processes and routines to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Coverage and Execution Strategy Supervision: Accompany and optimize the product placement and brand material strategy in the retail channel to maximize brand exposure and sales.
  • Customer Service Strategy Definition: Identify and define the partner's main needs and adapt them to BEES Care resolution flows.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to sales teams, including training and coaching to improve their performance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and insights to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and others, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on the sales team's performance and the implementation of strategies to company leaders.

 

What you'll need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 years in commercial or related areas.
  • Language: Intermediate English.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Competencies: Resilience, results orientation, leadership, effective communication, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Workplace: Administrative Headquarters (Lima)
