Role
As a Senior Product Designer at TaDa, you will be part of the team responsible for the concept and creation of B2C solutions, focusing on the Rewards program, user experience, and interface design that connects our app to our millions of customers across 10 countries (so far!).You will work closely with fellow product designers, product management, engineering teams, and stakeholders to bring products to life through engaging and effective experiences. You are expected to think empathetically from the user's perspective, be customer-oriented, work collaboratively, and rarely be satisfied with the first iteration.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with engineering, product management, and commercial stakeholders to help lead and execute the vision for TaDa’s digital customer experience.
- Work with other designers to facilitate, lead, challenge, and build consensus on UX solutions, giving and receiving feedback to improve quality.
- Guide partners and stakeholders through the discovery process, iterate on ideas, and launch products and features while supporting and advocating for user empathy and the design process.
- Be responsible for your squad’s product design roadmap and other strategic artifacts, such as customer journey maps, user flows, service blueprints, and product discovery.
- Master the user experience of products from conception through launch, including continuous iterations.
- Lead discovery sessions and group discussions to help identify opportunities and generate new ideas.
What you’ll need:
- Strong relevant experience in digital product design with a proven track record of success and a degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
- Availability to travel to the markets where TaDa operates.
- Experience delivering end-to-end digital products within a cross-functional, iterative team environment, leveraging quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Senior ability to define problems and goals, map user flows, and prototype interactions across different platforms.
- Proven ability to think strategically about the product while acting tactically with speed and precision.
- Experience in various design thinking approaches and methodologies allows your team to quickly find the best solution to user problems.
- Ability to proactively identify valuable problems and help the team stay focused on the right issue throughout the product design process to enhance the product.
- Ability to manage and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously without missing a beat.
- Production, facilitation, and analysis of A/B tests, usability testing, and focus groups.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with global marketplaces.
- Experience with a points-based program.
- Proficiency in Product Discovery processes and activities.
- Practical knowledge in improving customer retention and engagement.
- Reading, writing, and especially conversational skills in Spanish.
