We are looking for passionate, curious, and driven students to join the BEES Internship Program 2026. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, gain hands-on experience in a global tech-driven organization, and learn directly from experts in product, operations, technology, and digital transformation.
You will be placed in one of our strategic teams:


Teams you can join: 

CX & FT – Customer Experience & Frontline:
The CX & FT team translates AB InBev’s and its global partners’ commercial priorities into BEES’ strategy. They bring these priorities to life through a best-in-class digital product suite, strong operational processes, and AI-powered user interaction. This team ensures that our digital experiences are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with customer needs.


Marketplace: 
The Marketplace team connects retailers with a wide variety of products and services beyond beverages, transforming BEES into a true one-stop shop for business needs. Through seamless integration, this team helps customers and partners digitize, scale, and connect the online and offline worlds. It is a key area for expanding the BEES ecosystem and developing new revenue opportunities.


Logistics:
The Logistics team focuses on elevating customer experience and driving operational efficiency across countries and partners through digital transformation. They deliver value through logistics services, digital products, and consulting, redesigning processes and enabling innovative and adaptable logistics capabilities. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring fast, efficient, and reliable operations.


What you'll need: 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Expected graduation: December 2026 to December 2027.
  • Advanced English.
  • Availability to work on-site in São Paulo starting February 2026. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong interest in solving real business problems and enjoys learning.
  • Is proactive, communicative, and comfortable collaborating in a team environment.
  • Is passionate about technology, product management, data, and digital transformation.
  • Is interested in working with Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python.
