About the Role
As an UX Writer at BEES, you will be part of the team responsible for the concept and creation of B2B solutions focused on user experience and the creation of interfaces across all BEES products. You will be working closely with fellow product designers, product management, engineering teams, and stakeholders to bring BEES products to life through delightful and effective product experiences. BEES is seeking a user-centric and data-driven UX Writer to support and contribute to our organization’s consumer-facing UX writing strategy, research, and execution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams responsible for the concept and creation of all BEES apps and products, while reporting to the UX Writing and Localization Manager. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, cross-functional environment focused on delivering clear, engaging user experiences.
What you'll do:
- Ownership: Assist in creating clear and consistent copy across BEES projects, supporting senior team members to maintain a unified voice throughout all products.
- Execution: Help transform technical and complex information into simple, user-friendly copy under guidance.
- Organization: Support the maintenance of content guidelines and style guides, including tone of voice documentation.
- Analysis: Learn to interpret data and use insights to inform and improve content strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with different stakeholders, contributing to ensure copy aligns with overall company goals and user needs.
- Strategy: Develop an understanding of key product strategy metrics and how to integrate them into content decisions.
- Writing process: Test copy ideas to best support and guide our users.
What you'll need:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a passion for clear, user-centered writing.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to digital products developed within a cross-functional, iterative team environment that uses both data and user feedback.
- Ability to think creatively about product communication while executing tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with design thinking principles and a willingness to apply them to help solve user problems effectively.
- Experience or interest in crafting copy across various formats, from concise microcopy to longer content pieces.
- Comfortable managing and contributing to multiple projects with guidance, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Basic understanding of content strategy and how it supports business goals, with a desire to develop this knowledge further.
