What you'll do:
- Apply business rules and ensure technical feasibility of business definitions.
- Develop and maintain scalable data models and transformation workflows.
- Create and maintain key KPIs related to the BEES platform.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytics layers.
- Work with large tables and complex relationships.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency for cross-functional communication
- Advanced SQL skills (query optimization, performance tuning, large datasets).
- Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data processing and automation.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL/ELT best practices.
- Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks).
- Knowledge of data integration techniques (reprocessing, historical backfill, partitioning).
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
- Ability to implement automated data quality checks.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices (documentation, testing, clean code)
- Previous experience in Data Engineering roles is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
