We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Apply business rules and ensure technical feasibility of business definitions.
  • Develop and maintain scalable data models and transformation workflows.
  • Create and maintain key KPIs related to the BEES platform.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytics layers.
  • Work with large tables and complex relationships.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Advanced English proficiency for cross-functional communication
  • Advanced SQL skills (query optimization, performance tuning, large datasets).
  • Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data processing and automation.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL/ELT best practices.
  • Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks).
  • Knowledge of data integration techniques (reprocessing, historical backfill, partitioning).
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
  • Ability to implement automated data quality checks.
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices (documentation, testing, clean code)
  • Previous experience in Data Engineering roles is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
