About Us 

BEES, a subsidiary of AB InBev (ABI), has revolutionized the global beer route to market by creating a digital B2B marketplace application that directly connects retailers with manufacturers and distributors, simplifying processes such as ordering, scheduling deliveries, and obtaining support. Originally launched in 2019 for ABI, BEES now encompasses relationships with 1st party partners (where ABI sells and distributes) as well as 3rd party CPG companies (such as Nestle, Mondelez, L’Oréal, and Gloria) offering them a Digital Transformation service to digitize their route to market. As of 2024, BEES operates as a multicategory application in 26 countries and continues to expand, with over 3.5 million registered customers, including retailers, bars, restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, and pharmacies, managing over $40 billion in global GMV annually. 

Role Overview 

We are seeking a Digital Advertising Analyst who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn the fundamentals of digital advertising operations at scale.

This person will support local teams in running campaigns in the BEES Ads programmatic platform, internal reporting, and troubleshooting issues to ensure strong commercial results for both partners and BEES. The role will also involve collaborating with internal data and product teams to run tests, generate learnings, and identify trends in the data. A strong candidate will be organized, communicative, and data-savvy, familiar with growth marketing, and excited to help scale Ads at BEES with a customer-centric mindset. 

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Campaign Support: Assist local teams in launching and optimizing campaigns for partners; 
  • Data Insights: Work closely with local teams and data specialists to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations; 
  • Internal Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and analyses to update relevant stakeholders and support strategy development; 
  • Tool Optimization: Co-own BEES digital advertising platform, ensuring effective operations and troubleshooting issues with IT and Product as needed; 
  • Test & Learn: Guide & execute testing roadmaps in order to leverage actionable learnings across advertising modules and partners; 
  • Artwork Development: Co-own internal artwork development needs along with local teams & internal agency. 
  • Customer-centric: Establish a regular feedback routine with customer, internal teams (KAMs, marketplace services team) and deliver ongoing training to improve campaigns results. 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience in digital advertising or a related field (ex: Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Mercado Livre Ads).
  • Basic in digital advertising tools and platforms, with a keen ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. 
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising concepts (CTR, CPM, CPC, impressions, conversions, A/B testing). 
  • Ability to follow processes, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. 
  • Clear communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
  • Proactive learning mindset and interest in growth marketing and digital advertising. 
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 
  • Fluent English required, Spanish desired.
