About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Pricing & Order Platform, a critical system that powers how we price, structure, and execute deals across multiple product ecosystems.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, financial logic, and system architecture. You will be responsible for building scalable pricing capabilities, enabling complex deal mechanics, and expanding our order-taking platform across both online and offline channels.

You’ll work closely with engineering, finance, operations, and commercial teams to ensure our platform is flexible, accurate, and scalable, while supporting increasingly complex business models.

What you'll do:

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy for pricing and order-taking systems (e.g., defining how a new product line plugs into existing pricing flows without breaking current deals)
  • Define and evolve pricing logic, deal structures, and financial flows (e.g., tiered pricing, bundled discounts, commissions, payment splits, financing fees)
  • Drive the expansion of the order-taking platform across multiple product lines and channels (e.g., enabling the same order to be created via sales reps offline and completed online by customers)
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, scalable system designs (e.g., turning “custom discount rules per partner” into a configurable rule engine instead of hardcoded logic)
  • Partner with engineering to design robust, maintainable architectures (e.g., defining when to use configuration vs. code, or when to introduce a rules engine vs. service logic
  • Balance flexibility vs. control in pricing and deal configuration (e.g., allowing sales teams to configure deals without creating financial or legal risks)
  • Ensure accuracy, auditability, and reliability in financial calculations (e.g., guaranteeing totals match across UI, backend, invoices, and accounting systems)
  • Identify opportunities to automate and simplify operational processes (e.g., replacing manual deal validation spreadsheets with system-driven validation rules)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product capabilities with commercial strategy (e.g., enabling a new go-to-market model without requiring engineering changes every time)

Key Challenges You’ll Solve:

  • Designing a scalable pricing engine (e.g., supporting both simple fixed pricing and highly customized enterprise deals in the same system)
  • Managing complex deal configurations (e.g., combinations of discounts, add-ons, financing, and conditional fees)
  • Ensuring financial correctness and consistency (e.g., avoiding rounding errors, mismatches between systems, or incorrect fee applications)
  • Balancing customization vs. Standardization (e.g., preventing one-off deal logic from polluting the core system)
  • Integrating online and offline order flows (e.g., syncing a salesperson-created quote with a self-serve checkout flow)
  • Reducing operational dependency (e.g., minimizing reliance on ops teams to manually fix or validate deals)
  • Enabling fast experimentation (e.g., launching a new pricing model via configuration instead of a full release cycle)
  • Making trade-offs between performance, flexibility, and simplicity (e.g., deciding between real-time pricing calculation vs. precomputed values)

More about you:

  • You´re passionate about software development and knows how to ensure its quality;
  • You´re motivated by building up world class solutions that impacts millions of users all over the world;
  • Experienced working in an environment which uses and stimulates DevOps culture;
  • You´re creative when solving problems and is continuously seeking improvements for processes and solutions;
  • You can communicate clearly with your team and the company to identify issues and demands;
  • You have the autonomy to recognize the current and new priorities, evaluating the impact of their outcomes in the final result.

 What We’re Looking For:

Core Skills:

  • Strong experience as a Product Manager in technical or platform teams (e.g., owned internal platforms, APIs, or systems used by multiple teams rather than just end-user features)
  • Experience with complex systems (e.g., pricing engines, billing platforms, marketplaces, logistics systems, or payment flows)
  • Ability to understand and discuss system design and architecture (e.g., comfortable debating API contracts, data flows, service boundaries with engineers)
  • Solid grasp of data modeling, APIs, and rule-based systems (e.g., designing entities like “Order”, “Quote”, “Pricing Rule”, and how they relate and evolve)
  • Strong analytical thinking (e.g., breaking down a pricing discrepancy into its root cause across multiple systems)
  • Experience translating ambiguous business needs into structured solutions (e.g., turning “we need flexible discounts” into a defined set of configurable rule types and constraints)

Differentiators:

  •  Experience with pricing engines, billing systems, or financial platforms (e.g., worked on subscription billing, transaction fees, or dynamic pricing models)
  • Background in marketplaces, fintech, or e-commerce platforms (e.g., handling multi-party transactions, commissions, or complex checkout flows)
  •  Familiarity with rule engines or configuration-driven systems (e.g., tools where non-engineers can define pricing logic or workflows)
  •  Experience handling multi-product or multi-channel platforms (e.g., one platform serving different products, regions, or sales channels)
  • Strong understanding of scalability trade-offs (e.g., knowing when abstraction adds value vs. unnecessary complexity)

Mindset We Value:

  • Systems thinker (e.g., understands how a pricing change impacts finance, UX, ops, and reporting)
  • Pragmatic (e.g., avoids over-engineering while still planning for future scale)
  • Ownership-driven (e.g., takes responsibility for revenue impact, not just feature delivery)
  • Detail-oriented (e.g., catches edge cases like conflicting discounts or invalid deal states)
  • Collaborative (e.g., aligns sales, finance, and engineering around trade-offs and priorities)

Why This Role Matters:

This platform sits at the core of the business. Every deal, every order, every financial outcome depends on it. Your work will directly impact revenue, scalability, and operational efficiency.

What We Offer:

  • Performance based bonus*
  • Attendance Bonus*
  • Private pension plan
  • Meal Allowance
  • Casual office and dress code
  • Days off*
  • Health, dental, and life insurance
