We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.

This role sits in People and combines financial acumen, transformation, data analytics, and strategic management to improve business and people outcomes—with clear metrics and accountability. You partner with business and People leaders on operating models, workforce change, and adoption. Most initiatives cross systems, data, and AI; you bring high-level technology literacy and work closely with IT, Data, and product partners so change stays feasible, secure, and scalable.

What you'll do:

1. Financial acumen

  • Translate Peopleled change into cost, scenario, and business-case narratives; track actuals vs plan, budget, and blueprint and close variance decisions with finance.
  • Tie transformation initiatives to metric and financial impact.

2. Transformation

  • Run structured change: as-is / to-be processes, handoffs, controls, and data quality—plus timelines, stakeholders, and milestones linked to business and people results.
  • Partner with IT/Data on HR, finance, and planning systems, integrations, and releases; apply sound judgment on AI in people processes (controls, privacy, bias)—escalate technical depth when needed.

3. Data Insights & Analytics

  • Define and operationalize people metrics, dashboards, and data models to enable decision-making across workforce, performance, and transformation initiatives, ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance in partnership with Data and IT teams.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives, leveraging advanced analytics (e.g., scenario modeling, forecasting, and AI-driven insights) to support workforce planning, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.

4. Strategic management

  • Cascade people metrics to team- and manager-level targets, dashboards, and review cadences; reinforce routines that coach adoption, variance to plan, and people risks.
  • Deliver executive-ready narratives that connect structure, process, people, and technology/data to trade-offs and global People strategy expectations.

 

What you'll need:

  • Consultative presence with senior business and People stakeholders; credible in matrix environments.
  • Hands-on organizational design and transformation delivery (structures, workforce models, operating model changes).
  • Financial literacy: cost drivers, P&L, business cases, actuals vs plan; strong process and structured-analysis skills.
  • Technology and data literacy at a high level (systems, integrations, flows); responsible-AI awareness with IT/Data partners.
  • Excellent facilitation, written outputs, and executive storytelling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Advanced English skills

Nice to have: 

  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of logic programming (API, automation systems)
  • Familiarity with AI platforms and solutions (e.g., automation, AI tools)
