Job Title: Senior Consultant
Position Overview
Arlo Solutions is seeking a Senior Consultant to support the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Deputy Chief Information Officer (DCIO) of Strategy & Modernization. his role is instrumental in driving improvements that enhance customer service, strengthen enforcement, and secure taxpayer information through strategic IT infrastructure enhancements. The successful candidate will support the execution of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Strategic Operating Plan and assist in the development and implementation of a modernized IT operating model.

Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and integration of delivery outcomes across the organization.
- Support risk identification and mitigation, ensuring effective management of potential issues.
- Organize sessions to validate portfolio data and support IRA reporting activities by coordinating inputs and capturing key content.
- Analyze the impacts of new operating models on delivery processes and recommend strategic improvements.
- Support the implementation of process and policy enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Design and develop a product-and-platform operating model for IT, including proof of concept and final versions.
- Evaluate and enhance data quality and practices for portfolio management tools.
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments to identify the effects of process changes and develop change management strategies.
- Execute communication and organizational readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Provide strategic inputs for executive communications and briefings, aligning with the Communications Strategy & Plan.
Education and Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational change management
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, or related field
- Change management certification preferred (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
- Experience developing and implementing change management strategies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with large-scale organizational transformations
- Knowledge of federal government culture and change management challenges
