Position Description:
The Capture Analyst & Growth Department Coordinator serves in a dual role supporting Arlo's Growth Department. This position provides critical support to the capture management team by gathering information, conducting research, and helping to organize capture activities, while also serving as the administrative backbone for the department.

Responsibilities and/or Success Factors:
- Administrative Support
- Manage department calendars and coordinate meetings for the Growth team
- Maintain efficient filing systems for department documentation
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for basic department inquiries
- Perform regular data entry of new leads, contacts, and opportunities into the CRM system
- Update existing CRM records with current information gathered from team members and research
- Maintain data quality in the CRM and SharePoint through regular audits and cleanup activities Opportunity Research & Analysis
- Assist in monitoring government procurement websites (e.g., SAM.gov, GovWin) to identify potential opportunities
- Help gather and organize information about upcoming solicitations
- Support the research and documentation of customer requirements and preferences Competitive Intelligence
- Collect publicly available information about competitors' capabilities and past performance
- Support the development of competitor profiles using templates
- Assist in organizing competitive intelligence data in structured formats
- Help identify basic strengths and weaknesses in competitive positioning Customer Engagement Support
- Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare materials for customer interactions
- Take detailed notes during customer meetings and help organize follow-up actions
- Support the development of customer profiles and organizational charts Solution Development Support
- Help collect and organize technical information from subject matter experts
- Assist in documenting solution components using templates Capture Documentation
- Support the development and maintenance of capture plans using established templates
- Assist in organizing and updating capture documentation
- Help compile information for bid/no-bid decision meetings
- Support the transition of capture information to proposal teams
Minimum Qualifications Including Certificates:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government contracting
- Understanding of federal procurement processes, including FAR/DFAR regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
