What you will do:

 

  • Contribute to feature development and maintenance of a global product within a cross-functional team
  • Build and improve tools for testing, development, automation, and release processes
  • Collaborate with product and design teams, bringing an engineering perspective to decisions
  • Apply best development practices to drive continuous improvement
  • Define and implement quality strategies aligned with team delivery goals
  • Develop scalable, high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment

We are looking for people with: 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Previous experience leading or managing development teams
  • Strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
  • Experience with Java (backend) and/or React (frontend)
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Solid understanding of design patterns and development best practices
  • Experience with software testing (unit, integration, regression, automation)
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments
