About the Role

We are looking for an Intermediate Product Manager to help shape and deliver products that create value for our customers and business. As an IPM, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Data, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define solutions, and support the execution of product initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone early in their product management career who is passionate about understanding customer needs, solving problems through technology, and driving measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Support the discovery, definition, and delivery of product initiatives that improve customer experiences and business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights, data, market trends, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Help define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Support backlog management, prioritization discussions, and sprint planning activities.
  • Monitor product performance and contribute to the analysis of launches, experiments, and feature adoption.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Contribute to the creation and communication of product strategies, roadmaps, and updates.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance product processes and ways of working.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Consulting, Project Management, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actions.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curiosity and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Comfortable working with data to support product decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in agile product development environments.
  • Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, user research, or digital product development.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Optimizely, or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of metrics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
