We are looking for passionate, curious, and driven student to join the BEES Internship. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, gain hands-on experience in a global tech-driven organization, and learn directly from experts in product, operations, technology, and digital transformation.

About the team:
The Technical Customer Success team is focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities. They are implementing BEES systems with strategic partner companies across LATAM. 

What you'll need: 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Expected graduation: December 2027 to July 2028.
  • Advanced English.
  • Availability to work on-site in São Paulo starting in August 2026.

Preferred Qualifications: 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong interest in solving real business problems and enjoys learning.
  • Is proactive, communicative, and comfortable collaborating in a team environment.
  • Is passionate about technology, product management, data, and digital transformation.
  • Is interested in working with Excel and Power BI.
