We ensure that compliance with regulations and policies is seamlessly integrated into daily operations. As part of our nimble and dynamic team, you'll contribute to shaping a positive and compliant workplace culture that aligns with Campus' goals and values.
About the Role
We’re seeking an MDR, Compliance Operations (ask us what MDR stands for if you interview with us!), to serve as the operational engine behind Campus, working directly with the Director of Compliance to 10x efficiency across the team. You’ll own critical projects, streamline workflows, and implement processes that reduce friction, ensuring our high-impact initiatives come to life. This role combines project management, process optimization, and operational execution to drive measurable results.

- Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in relevant fields such as consulting, operations, project management, or strategy.
- Proven track record: Demonstrated success in an operational role, demonstrating the ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
- Start-up or fast-paced environment: Experience working in a high-growth start-up or other dynamic environment where adaptability and resourcefulness are key.
- Nice to have:
- Higher education experience: Professional experience in areas such as admissions, advising, training and development, financial aid, legal and regulatory, or registrar operations.
- Regulatory knowledge: Familiarity with key regulations and laws, including accreditation standards, Title IX, ADA, FERPA, the Clery Act, and other state and federal education statutes.
- Preferred Locations: Atlanta

- Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
