Senior Marketing Associate

Purpose of Position

CASETiFY is looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to join our Hong Kong Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp aesthetic sense, a passion for storytelling, and a deep understanding of the cultural intersection between fashion and technology.

As a Senior Marketing Associate, you will lead and execute brand marketing campaigns, influencer activations, and PR initiatives—from ideation through to execution. You will play a key role in shaping the brand narrative in the Hong Kong market and beyond, ensuring all touchpoints reflect CASETiFY’s premium visual identity and resonate with our global audience.

We’re looking for a creative thinker and strong executor who can bring fresh ideas to the table, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated marketing programs that drive both awareness and brand love.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for product launches, collaborations, and brand moments in the Hong Kong market.
  • Identify and manage influencer and KOL partnerships that align with brand values and campaign objectives.
  • Support PR initiatives, including press outreach, media relations, and local events.
  • Maintain high visual and creative standards across all brand deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Social, Ecom, Retail, etc.) and global/regional stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
  • Copywriting & Content
    • Develop on-brand copy for campaign materials across channels.
    • Ensure consistent tone of voice across all brand communications.
  • Strategic Input
    • Provide strategic recommendations for campaign positioning and messaging.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as liaison between global PR, global marketing, design, product and Ecom.
    • Present campaign concepts and updates to internal stakeholders with polished, visually compelling presentations.
  • Conduct sales & influencers reports and assist various market research plus data analysis.
  • Handle ad-hoc reports and assigned projects.


Requirement

  • Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communication, Translation discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce or consumer products preferred.
  • Experience in managing social media and influencers marketing is a MUST.
  • Regional APAC exposure is a definite advantage.
  • Passionate about technology, fashion, lifestyle brands, and be part of a growing team.
  • Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Date-driven, logical, systematic and organised.
  • Fluent in English & Chinese, excellent in verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
