The opportunity...

The Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will serve as a liaison between our internal business partners in Sales and Operations to drive global sales and channel effectiveness through automation, software development, business intelligence, process architecture, and change management. The successful candidate enjoys analyzing complicated issues, communicating at multiple levels of an organization, and is thoughtful and organized in their approach.

How you will make an impact

  • Understand and communicate our team’s infrastructure and technology offerings as well as current business processes relevant to the business organization being supported.
  • Keep up with latest tech and productivity trends within business areas of responsibilities.
  • Define current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) scenarios (processes, use cases, user stories, plans, and solutions). Work with the team to build consensus among stakeholders to validate and finalize the requirements.
  • Track requirements using methods such as EPICS, Use Cases, User Stories, Wireframes, Traceability Matrices, Functional and Non-functional requirements.
  • Develop business cases for projects, define ROI, articulate risks, and trade-offs in approach.
  • Collaborate with admin and dev teams to ensure the business projects stay on target, on scope, on cost, and on time.
  • Coordinate change management with the business and provide end user documentation and support where necessary.
  • Serve as technical coordinator to ensure all design questions are answered.
  • Work independently and on multiple projects against deadlines in a dynamic environment where consistently producing deliverables within agreed upon timelines is expected.
  • Act as a change agent to help ensure that the newly implemented system/process enhances the success of the project.

  • Lead complex technical projects, overseeing requirements gathering, research, technical design, solution development, testing, deployment, documentation, and user enablement.
     

Who you Are...

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in either a Business Systems Analyst, Software Developer, or Consultant role, with a background in Computer Science or related fields, working closely with development teams and business units.
  • At least 3 years’ experience working with the Salesforce platform.
  • Advanced Salesforce CRM system administration, including Lightning, flow, process builder, validation rules, approval processes, etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of the current and future directions of Salesforce, the industry, and associated technologies, and – where appropriate – put forward proposals within the team for the implementation of new/upgraded systems and technologies helping ensure a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Have experience in Quote to Cash processes.
  • Have experience of implementing or maintaining a CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) solution, preferably Salesforce CPQ.
  • Provide second level support for internal Salesforce help desk cases.
  • Proven experience of increasing responsibility and impact in the areas of product management, project management, business analysis, data analysis, system administration, solution architecture, business intelligence, or user experience/design.
  • Experience supporting technical teams in solutioning and brainstorm ideas to fit a solution. Good understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including producing documents such as requirements documents, functional specifications, process maps, solution designs and communication plans.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and tracking status.
  • Understand the concept of Minimum Viable Product and iterations to deliver value quickly.
  • Excellent presentation skills, confident in delivering to senior stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Certifications(s) preferred.

US Pay Range

$72,250 - $155,250 USD
