What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end performance marketing across Meta Ads and Google Ads for both app and web campaigns.
- Drive profitable growth through deep analysis of CAC, ROAS, contribution margins, and cohort performance.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards, forecasts, and budget allocation models.
- Leverage LLMs and vibe coding to automate reporting and anomaly detection.
- Rapidly analyze search terms, keywords, and creative performance using data-driven methods.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, and Finance teams to align ad spends with margins and business outcomes.
- Manage and lead a team of performance marketing specialists to consistently raise the bar on execution and results.
- Explore DSP and programmatic channels as an additional growth lever.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in ecommerce, D2C, or marketplace businesses.
- Extremely strong math and analytical skills with a numbers-first mindset.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads at scale.
- Proven ability to increase spend while maintaining or improving efficiency.
- Experience working with MMPs such as Appsflyer or Branch.
- High comfort with Excel or Google Sheets; SQL or Python is a plus.
- Clear, structured thinker who can explain complex numbers to non-analytical teams.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
