Cash flow positive with rapid growth, we pair exclusive Engine-only rates, industry-leading rewards, and intelligent automation to help businesses save money while delivering world-class personalization and convenience.

Backed by Telescope Partners, Blackstone, and Permira, Engine has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing travel and fintech platforms in North America, with honors including the Deloitte Fast 500 and Built In’s Best Places to Work.

Engine is seeking a Demand Generation Leader to join our marketing team and build a modern, data-driven demand engine that drives measurable growth. This is a foundational, player-coach role: you’ll lead from the front, designing and executing high-impact, sales-aligned campaigns while building the foundation for a scalable demand generation function.

If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution and are looking for an opportunity to build and grow a high-performance marketing function from the ground up, this role is for you.

You Will:

  • Own pipeline generation. Lead the strategy and execution of Engine’s demand generation efforts, driving measurable impact on marketing-sourced and influenced revenue.
  • Partner with sales. Collaborate closely with sales and enablement teams to design and run sales-driven, account-based campaigns that accelerate pipeline creation and conversion.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns. Manage direct mail, sales communications, and ABM-specific channels, while working with internal and external partners across paid social, display, events, and web.
  • Leverage data and AI. Use data-driven insights and modern tools—including AI-powered platforms like Clay—to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and scale successful campaigns.
  • Experiment and optimize. Develop hypotheses, test new tactics, and refine programs to improve conversion and efficiency metrics across the funnel.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally. Work in partnership with marketing ops, brand, sales, enablement, and leadership to ensure full-funnel alignment and consistent messaging.
  • Measure what matters. Track both leading and lagging indicators—volume, efficiency, and conversion metrics—to inform strategy and ensure every program ties back to business impact.

Experience and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in building and executing account-based marketing and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset, with experience using marketing automation and CRM tools such as Customer.io, HubSpot, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Comfort with AI tools and automation workflows, leveraging technology to enhance targeting, personalization, and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing leadership to achieve shared goals.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • A self-starter with a builder’s mentality, capable of creating structure, process, and scale in a fast-moving environment.

Why This Role Matters

This is a foundational marketing hire that will shape how Engine generates, nurtures, and converts demand across our product lines. You’ll have the opportunity to define the systems, strategies, and team that will power our next phase of growth—and make a direct impact on how we connect with customers and drive revenue.
