Groome Industrial is seeking a reliable and experienced Supervisor/Foreman to oversee multiple hydro blasting, vacuum service, grit blasting, and hydro excavation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating with teams and clients, ensuring safety standards are met, and efficiently utilizing resources and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise multiple hydro blasting, vacuum service, grit blasting, and hydro excavation projects.
  • Plan and manage work schedules, supplies, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.
  • Oversee the efficient use of resources and personnel.
  • Address any issues and provide direction to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience in hydro blasting, air and liquid vacuum service, grit blasting, tank cleaning, and hydro excavation projects
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Must be able to travel
  • Ability to work any shift along with weekends
  • Must have acceptable ID, pass a background check, physical and drug test
  • Possession of a TWIC card is a plus, but not necessary
  • High School diploma
  • Must understand verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be able to read and write.
  • Must have basic math skills.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends, if required.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must have acceptable ID, pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lbs on occasion.
  • Ability to reach above shoulder height and below the waist frequently.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, or bend on occasion.
  • Ability to move in and around confined, cluttered, and uneven areas.
  • Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects frequently.
  • Ability to work up to a 12-hour shift doing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.
