About the Role

 

iCapital is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Sourcer focusing on Technology and Product. This individual will develop strong business acumen across multiple teams, understand nuanced technical and cultural needs, and own the match between talent and teams from first outreach through recruiter handoff. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and technical leaders to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and high‑impact hiring outcomes. This position reports to the US Head of Technology and Product Recruiting within Talent Acquisition.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Build and manage proactive talent pipelines across the Technology and Product departments while developing deep business knowledge of iCapital’s diverse teams and initiatives.
  • Develop and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies (i.e. LinkedIn, referrals, networking, technical communities, events, and creative outreach) to attract passive, high‑caliber technical talent.
  • Build and maintain robust, continuous candidate pipelines for technical roles across the iCapital organization.
  • Become a subject matter expert in aligned technical domains while collaborating across the broader Talent Acquisition, Technology and Product teams to identify the best possible placement for each candidate.
  • Conduct intake and sourcing sessions with hiring managers and technical partners to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Perform proactive outreach, candidate engagement, and initial screening to assess technical background, experience, motivation, and role alignment.
  • Map target companies, talent ecosystems, and relevant technical communities to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Leverage AI‑powered tools throughout the sourcing lifecycle, including intake preparation, outreach personalization, candidate screening, and recruiter handoff, to drive efficiency and elevate quality.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline visibility within Greenhouse ATS, ensuring data integrity and reporting transparency.
  • Communicate pipeline and sourcing progress, and market insights to recruiters and stakeholders through regular updates.
  • Contribute to team‑wide sourcing best practices, AI adoption initiatives, and process improvements that continuously raise the bar for Talent Acquisition.
  • Support other recruiting areas outside of Technology and Product as needed.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or in a related field
  • 2–5+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience in an in‑house or agency environment. Fintech or financial services experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to source, assess, and engage technical talent across areas such as software engineering (frontend, backend, full stack), DevOps and infrastructure, QA and automation, corporate technology, product, data science, AI/ML, or quantitative roles
  • Proven experience conducting resume reviews and initial screening conversations to evaluate technical alignment and candidate readiness
  • Advanced sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing platforms
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to translate business needs into targeted sourcing strategies
  • Highly organized, data‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple pipelines simultaneously
  • Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and evolving environment
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical stakeholders

 

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

 

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
