The role

Infinite Reality is seeking a technically skilled, action-oriented Director of Operations and Program Management. This person will play a critical role in aligning operations across our product organization, marketing, and creative services. You will work with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across all functions and be the driving force in optimizing processes and cross-functional collaboration. This role will set up the necessary systems, workflows, and tools to support seamless communication and delivery across teams.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the coordination of operations across technical product teams, marketing, and creative services to ensure alignment and delivery of goals
  • Develop and implement organizational systems such as master calendars, project management workflows, and reporting tools to improve communication and efficiency
  • Oversee the program management of complex initiatives, from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring that all cross-functional teams remain aligned on priorities
  • Facilitate effective collaboration across different departments and ensure smooth execution of key projects, with a focus on product launches and creative production
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative content for SaaS products and enterprise projects, balancing bespoke work with scalable solutions
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, marketing directors, and creative leads to maintain operational coherence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Set up processes for regular reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes, with clear communication to leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational bottlenecks, creating action plans, and implementing solutions to improve productivity and quality

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years of experience in operations and program management, with a focus on tech or SaaS products, or marketing
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of complex tech environments
  • Proven track record of leading and coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Action-oriented mindset with a bias towards results over process; ability to implement streamlined systems to organize and track progress
  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to set up operational tools and processes that enhance communication and drive efficiency (e.g., master calendars, task management systems)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity and complex challenges with creative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to navigate and influence stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Experience in creative services, marketing, or digital production environments is a plus
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on operational tasks
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to influence without formal authority
  • High adaptability and comfort with shifting priorities in a high-growth environment
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in environments with high complexity
  • Organized, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset
