Our Heavy Industries Group is looking to add a Primavera P6 Scheduler to their team to work onsite of a project in Suffolk, VA. This project will last for a duration of approximately 1.5 years with the potential for longer if scope increases. The position will start June 2025. Further opportunities exist for this position within the company, as the demand for experienced schedulers expands.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain schedules and integrated master schedules.
  • Develop, monitor, and update resource-loaded schedules.
  • Evaluate, perform resource analysis, perform critical path analysis, and prepare reports.
  • Perform CPM schedule development, schedule analysis, and prepare schedule presentations using Primavera P6.
  • Generate reports and update project schedules to include any scope changes on a weekly or as needed basis.
  • Review and verify all project-related scheduling information with project team.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with all project team members.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience performing the primary responsibilities in Primavera P6.
  • Advanced skills/certification in Primavera P6 required.
  • Capable of tracking costs and schedule status of assigned tasks.
  • Must be able to interact with customer representatives in an effective manner.
  • Must be able to work on the project job site in Virginia.
