We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila and help us streamline how we work. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations, you’ll focus on improving workflows for creative asset development, campaign planning, and cross-functional marketing projects. You'll drive collaboration, alignment, and impactful outcomes across departments. The ideal candidate for this role has excellent communication and analytical skills as well as a passion for data-driven problem-solving.
What you’ll be doing:
- Create and refine workflows for creative projects, campaign planning, and team collaborations to boost efficiency and teamwork.
- Assess current processes, spot areas for improvement, and introduce best practices to eliminate roadblocks and enhance productivity.
- Manage large-scale process improvements, setting clear milestones, keeping projects on track, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Keep project management tools, templates, and documentation up to date to support smooth operations and team alignment.
- Train and guide team members on new processes to ensure easy adoption and consistent use.
- Track and analyze key metrics to assess process performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
What you need to bring:
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
- Extensive experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience developing and implementing cross-functional processes in marketing or go-to-market teams.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects at once.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools like Asana, Trello, Wrike, or similar platforms.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or related process improvement methodologies are a bonus (but not needed)
Our hiring process is very straightforward. You’ll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic!
