Our Market Leaders are strategic seasoned retail professionals and naturally charismatic leaders. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the overall performance and outbound marketing efforts of the local or regional market.  The Market Leader has management and oversight for the Lucid studio in a retail environment.  

You will be challenged to lead your team through training, coaching, motivating, goal setting and sales performance. You will be tasked with creating marketing and event opportunities in your local market that will maximize Lucid’s brand exposure and create more Lucid owners.

You will be measured by your ability to achieve targets and accountable for overall market operations, increasing brand awareness, driving optimal team performance, team development, and maintaining store operations. To succeed at Lucid, you must be results driven, action oriented, and hard working. You have a passion for and the ability to create exceptional customer experiences. 

BUSINESS HEALTH

  • Demonstrates a business owner mindset with the ability to analyze sales reports and identify business trends, and market opportunities and develops a plan to capitalize on
  • Stays abreast of micro and macro market developments such as grass root marketing opportunities and wider economic conditions that will influence your local market or region.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies in order to meet or exceed targets such as identify local marketing and event opportunities to drive sales
  • Drive for excellence in all areas of business focused on reaching expectations for respective location
  • Can identify technical, operational, and organizational roadblocks and provide proposed solutions.
  • Generate and analyze reports on sales, expenses and other KPIs

MARKET DEMAND GENERATION 

  • Ownership of aligned market and growing Lucid’s market share and oversees deployment of retail marketing program
  • Identify, plan and execute compelling and efficient marketing plans aimed at generating increased awareness and sales in local market or region
  • Develop, support, and evolve Lucid’s brand awareness and image at the retail level in order to drive quality traffic and awareness to our sales studios.
  • Manages marketing and event budget and is responsible for vendor management, local spending and KPIs

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE 

  • Responsible for how the customer will experience and interpret the Lucid brand through marketing and branding efforts.
  • Ensure every customer touchpoint creates customer advocacy
  • Manage escalations quickly and effectively

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of team sales management experience with proven track record to meet or exceed goals
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Experience making data driven decisions and holding the studio accountable to KPI’s
  • Proven experience elevating a brand through marketing and event efforts with measurable, quantitative results
  • Experience leading sales management and driving results through others
  • Experience in a start-up or new product launch environment in an ambiguous retail environment
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to business-critical deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective and proven approach to sales and sales operations
  • Impeccable attention to details
  • Acts with urgency and champions excellence in all company objectives
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships acting as a well-respected, trusted partner with whom others want to work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce) and retail business systems.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
  • Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing, where applicable
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
 
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$128,600 - $214,400 USD
