Partner Strategy & Operations Lead

As the Partner Strategy & Operations Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing operational frameworks that enhance the performance and scalability of our partner programs. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that our team and partners are equipped with the tools, data, and support they need to thrive. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, has experience in partner operations, and is passionate about creating scalable systems to support growth.

What you'll do:

  • Operational Excellence: Design and implement systems, processes, and tools to streamline partner onboarding, enablement, engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor partner performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Ecosystem Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product, and engineering) to align partner operations with broader business goals and drive seamless execution.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine partner operations to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Technology Enablement: Assess, select, and implement partner relationship management (PRM) tools and other technology solutions to support the ecosystem.
  • Partner Strategy: Contribute to the development of partner channel strategies, including new program initiatives, performance frameworks, and tiering models.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the operational point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners to address needs, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.

About you:

  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in partner operations, strategy, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with partner relationship management (PRM) platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Looker).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align operational initiatives with broader business goals and ecosystem strategy.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Process Design: Experience in designing and scaling processes to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Execution-Oriented: Bias for action, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
