Business Development Representative

Position Description   

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to kick-start or advance their sales career. As the “Business Development & Renewals Representative Specialist (BDRR)” you will participate in a high-performance sales environment working within the Australia & New Zealand territory.   

In this sales role, you as the BDRR will generate incremental pipeline and revenue through the qualification of both in-bound leads/contacts and outbound targeted marketing campaigns.  The BDRR will facilitate and maintain ongoing relationships with prospects nurturing these opportunities over time prior to final transition into becoming active sales opportunities.  The BDRR will also assume responsibility for assigned renewal opportunities with existing accounts while also discovering, identifying, and qualifying new business upsells, cross-sells, and services opportunities.

This role has been designed for potential career progression through continuous training and professional development.  This individual will have the opportunity to evolve from an inside sales rep into an Account Manager where they’ll professionally develop their career path.  They will eventually be able to take on full accountability for customers/prospects directly generating a book of business and hold ultimate responsibility for revenue growth.

Experience: College graduates with business/marketing/information technology degrees is a plus. 1+ years of customer facing previous job roles is preferred.  Previous BDR experience is preferred. Fluency in English, both written and verbal is required.   

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associate College/technical degree required.
